Good Reads | The Happiness Project

I just finished The Happiness Project (Revised Edition): Or, Why I Spent a Year Trying to Sing in the Morning, Clean My Closets, Fight Right, Read Aristotle, and Generally Have More Fun by Gretchen Rubin, per my sister’s recommendation. I love that Gretchen took on this self instigated project, already a happy person, thinking that she could be happier. It makes you think every day of ways you can be a better person, and do better for those around you. Simply acting happier truly does make you REALLY happier, simply being more kind brings one more joy, how you feel – act – and behave makes those around you happier, and many more examples like this lead me to recommend this for your own personal reading pleasure! Thank you Valerie (sister) for the recommendation!
